He’s a creative director, TV development executive, writer, and producer who’s garnered hundreds of millions of views across his portfolio of work.
Aaron is currently a Creative Director for McCann Entertainment, where he imagines narrative stories for various brands.
He has held positions in development on both the network and production company sides, having most recently led Original Content for Mustache, where he created and produced the off-the-wall original talk show Danny’s House for VICELAND. He developed and produced the scripted sitcom Those Who Can’t on truTV. He creatively consulted on the GQ x VICELAND series Most Expensivest with 2Chainz. He produced one of the first-ever hidden camera magic comedy shows: The Carbonaro Effect. He’s written and creative directed commercials that pranked everyone watching the Oscars. He helped set the tone for Netflix’s social comedy brand Netflix is a Joke. He’s written Webby-honoree sketches for the Netflix series Paradise PD that set viewing records on the streamer’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. And he helped build out the talent relations department for truTV, guiding the network's embrace of the comedy world and seeking out creators and performers who would help shape its new identity.
He’s created and developed series with YouTube, MTV, truTV, VICE, Vulture, Forbes, Dreamville, Above Average, Media Monks, Gina Rodriguez, The McElroy Brothers, Amber Riley, EarthGang, Flatbush Zombies, Princess Nokia, Lil Yachty, and Open Mike Eagle. Plus, he led the creative direction on three Queen (yes, that Queen) fan tribute music videos for YouTube Music, a daily workout series for Under Armour, and a cartoon trip down memory lane with Jack Harlow for RedBull.
Aaron is a creative brain on wheels who leads with kindness and collaboration. But really, he just wants to make you laugh so hard it hurts.
Aaron is a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Communication. His greatest accomplishment is having made Stephen Colbert guffaw at a joke.
